By checking this box, I agree to the initial terms and conditions outlined in my coaching agreement, which include but are not limited to the following:

• Coaching session is fully refundable until completed. After the session is completed, requests for refunds will not be honored.
• Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
• It is the Clients responsibility to schedule meetings, the Coach shall initiate the call at the agreed-upon time.
• All information shared by the client is confidential.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT SHALL COACH BE LIABLE TO CLIENT OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY LOSS OF USE, REVENUE, OR PROFIT, OR FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHETHER ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING
NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGE WAS FORESEEABLE AND WHETHER OR NOT COACH HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND NOTWITHSTANDING THE FAILURE OF ANY AGREED OR OTHER REMEDY OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
